Hello ladies,
Our private location is released by email after booking. Our fabulous 2500 sq. foot venue is ready to accommodate you - with music, tips, fun, and excitement! This SELF-CARE social event is for all women, but we give a special focus on women over 50 to address concerns about their bodies, mental & physical health and so much more. We have tables with groups of 6 if you want to bring your besties, sorors, neighbors, or friends. We will have a seat and a plate with your name on it, so get your taste buds ready to eat low-calorie goodness and join in with hands-on interactive cooking too! The extra bonus of your coaches in the room to help you with any other issues you may be having with your body is a bonus. If you are coming alone, no worries! This will be a room of like-minded women who embrace aging with grace and positive energy. We only have seating for 100 guests, so get your tickets now and I will see you soon!
