How Do I Use My Benefits?

Doctor Referal Letter
1. Get your (LMN) Letter Of Medical Necessity for Nutrition Services from Lisa Perry 4 Women from your Doctor.

2. Check your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) for approval for reimbursement for nutrition services.
​
3. We will provide you with a receipt of service, that you will submit with your Doctor's Letter of Medical Necessity for reimbursement. Your reimbursement can take from 2 business days up to 2 weeks on average depending on your plan.
4. Your FSA funds are available typically on the first day of the plan year. We can get started with helping you feel better today.

We are here with you virtually once per week, to help you navigate the process, provide nutrition services, help you battle symptoms, help manage hair loss, post-care recovery, and more. Sessions are for 6 weeks at a time. We have serviced over 3800 patients with recovery care and services. This service provides reimbursement through your FSA and HSA account.
